MinPoserLib is actually not a script, but a stand-alone application that runs in the windows task tray that will automatically minimize the external PoserPro 2010 Library window when it is not in focus, so that's it not just "floating there" on your desktop.
MinPoserLib also has a new function to all you to easily bring the library back up. While the PoserPro 2010 window is in focus, the left Windows Key opens the library instead of Window's Start Menu.

You can disable the minimize feature at any time by right-clicking the task tray icon and selecting "Disable Minimize".

MinPoserLib uses no resources when minimized or when PoserPro 2010 is not running and uses very little otherwise
